Corporate Packages

There are two kinds of corporate packages available.

Corporate Package 1

The package includes:

  • free entrance for five (5) participants (value of 496 € each )
  • the partner’s logo visibility on the website, programme and venue itself
  • either a brochure or a PR product (1) included in the seminar bag
  • a stand at the City Hall, including a table for brochures and space for one roll-up

Price: 5 000 euros + VAT 24% to be charged in May 2019

Corporate Package 2

The package includes:

  • free entrance for two (2) participants (value of 496 € each)
  • the partner’s logo visibility on the website, programme and venue itself
  • a brochure rack at the City Hall and space for one roll-up

Price: 2 500 euros + VAT 24% to be charged in May 2019

We ask each partner to

  • send us a printable logo and let us know the exact marketing name as well as the name of a person we can contact if necessary – both by June 28th  2019
  • confirm participants by 17th September 2019
